We produce fitted sheets and baby textiles in Denizli, Turkey, on our own lines. Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing are ours; dyeing is done by a partner dyehouse. No agents, and no sewing passed to another factory.

How we work
- Sampling
- Counter sample in 14 days after the spec. The approved sample is the contractual reference.
- Tolerances
- Finished size ± 2 cm. Residual shrinkage at most 5 % after three washes at 40 °C. Accepted defect rate on delivery 3 %.
- Payment
- 30 % on order, 70 % against shipping documents. L/C at sight accepted from € 100,000 order value.
- Incoterms
- DAP Germany. We do not quote EXW or FCA.
- Customs
- A.TR movement certificate. 0 % duty into the EU.
- Packing
- Carton 40 × 60 × 40 cm. Pieces per carton and pallet configuration on request — both depend on the product.
- Labelling
- Your own labels and packaging accepted. Artwork checked before print.
- Repeat orders
- Shorter lead time — 4 weeks.
Who we produce for
Retail brands in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the United States. We do not name them, and we would not name you.
