The sheet is cut for the mattress it has to grip. This is the one choice that changes how much cloth goes into the piece, so it changes the price.

A custom Pantone adds 0.35 € per piece and 2 weeks. The minimum is the same 350 per colour as any other.

Every colour is its own dye lot and its own 350 pieces — sizes inside a colour are yours to mix. For a first order one colour is usually the right call: it proves the listing before you tie up cash in a second.

How should it be packed?
If you sell on Amazon, choose FBA ready and we do the labelling here.
Whatever you print, EU law requires the fibre composition (Reg. 1007/2011) and the name and address of the responsible person in the EU (Reg. 2023/988) on the product or its packaging. Care symbols are expected by retail rather than required by law. Our templates carry all three; if you use your own artwork, we check it before print.

The woven brand label is a separate line in the price.
The printed care label with fibre content, size and washing symbols is always included and is not charged separately.
Plain, our collection, or your own design?
Printed patterns change both the price and the lead time.
Collection patterns are open to everyone below 3.000 pieces per pattern. Above that we take the pattern off the site for you. We never show a design we made for another brand.
What is in the price already
None of the following is an extra line on the invoice. They are in the figure above.
- The printed care label
- Fibre composition, size and washing symbols on every piece. The composition is what EU law requires; the symbols are what retail expects. Both are included, not charged.
- Your artwork checked before print
- We read your file against the labelling rules — fibre content, the responsible person's name and address, the warnings — and tell you what is missing before the run, not after.
- The customs document
- An A.TR movement certificate with every shipment into the EU, or a EUR.1 for Switzerland, Norway and the UK. Duty is 0 % either way; the paper is issued here and costs you nothing.
- Photographs from the line
- You get pictures while your order is being made. You do not have to ask for them, and there is no charge for them.
- The sample fee back
- The €180 sample pack is credited against your first order. If the fabric is not right, that is where it ends and you are out the sample, not the order.

Charged once for the order, never per piece, and only if you ask for them.

You request a sample
Three qualities and the colour card. We invoice 180 €, and we credit it against your first order.

The sample arrives
You feel the fabric before you commit to anything. If it is not right, that is where it ends and you are out 180 €, not 1.800 €.

You approve it
The approved sample becomes the written reference for your order. Anything we ship is measured against it.

You pay 30 %
The remaining 70 % is due against the shipping documents — not before the goods exist.

We produce
Six weeks for a first order. You get photographs from the line, you do not have to ask for them.

It reaches you
Road freight to Germany. No customs duty — Turkey and the EU are in a customs union and we ship with an A.TR certificate.
The week on the road is the truck, never the production. Anyone who tells you a first order arrives in days is quoting you somebody else's stock.
