Cot and crib sheets
We make cot sheets under other companies' names
The sizes each market actually asks for, two of which carry almost the whole German trade. Knitted, cut and sewn on our own lines in Denizli, from 350 pieces, with your label and nothing of ours on the piece.

The sizes, and which ones to order
60 × 120 and 70 × 140 are the two cot mattresses German retail sells, and between them they cover most of what moves. If you are placing a first order and have to choose one, it is 60 × 120. The same pair carries Austria, the Netherlands and France.
40 × 90 is the bedside crib — the cot that straps to the parents' bed. It sells in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is close to dead everywhere else, so it is worth stocking for those three and worth skipping for the rest.
What it is made of
Single jersey cotton, knitted on our own circular machines. 125, 145 and 160 g/m² in open end, 160 g/m² combed, and a 160 g/m² GOTS organic for brands that need the certificate on the label. 145 is what most first orders choose: heavy enough to feel like bedding, light enough to dry overnight.
Covered elastic the whole way round, not only at the corners. Corner-only elastic is cheaper and it is the commonest reason a sheet comes off in the night. Cut for a mattress up to 12 cm, which is what a cot mattress is.
Your name on it, and nothing of ours
A woven brand label from your artwork, and a printed care label with fibre composition, size and washing symbols — that one is required by EU law, it is included in the price, and it is the only thing on the piece we insist on. Polybag, printed insert card, belly band, PVC sleeve or kraft box, FBA-ready if you are selling on Amazon.
What a first order looks like
The minimum is 350 pieces in one colour, and that colour may be split across sizes — 200 in 60 × 120 and 150 in 70 × 140 is one order, because the minimum is set by the dye lot and not by the cut. A second colour is a second dye lot and its own 350.
A sample pack of three qualities and the colour card ships in 14 days for 180 €, credited against your first order. Production is six weeks after you approve it, then a week by lorry — no sea freight, and 0 % duty into the EU under an A.TR certificate we issue with every shipment.
The price
It is on the configurator rather than in an email, and it is the landed cost per piece — goods, packaging and freight to your market, with the import VAT shown separately because you reclaim it. Cot sizes open when you leave an address; 160 × 200 is priced for everybody without one, so you can see what our figures look like before you decide.
